Yoga and Your Aura

Yoga is an ancient Indian form of meditation which has found its way into western culture in recent years.

There are many different types. Hatha is the most common form in the west. It focuses on attaining physical and mental health through postures, breath control and relaxation techniques.

This form of meditation is good for your aura because balance and strength clear the path to enlightenment.

Learn more about poses and yoga training at Yoga Training You. I enjoy it because it has this special way of uplifting and calming me all at once - I always leave a session feeling 100 percent calmer and more refreshed than when I started.

As with any type of physical exercise, it is important to ensure that you are fit enough to participate. Use your common sense - if it hurts or feels uncomfortable, STOP!
