I enjoy it because it has this special way of uplifting and calming me all at once - I always leave a session feeling 100 percent calmer and more refreshed than when I started. As with any type of physical exercise, it is important to ensure that you are fit enough to participate. Use your common sense - if it hurts or feels uncomfortable, STOP!
