Ylang-ylang Essential Oil

Ylang-ylang essential oil has a deep scent with a floral edge.

It can either be used in a diffuser or dotted directly onto pulse points to encourage confidence and calmness.

The intoxicating aroma is well known as an aphrodisiac, and is used in Asian and South Pacific Wedding ceremonies to encourage fertility and harmonious marital relations. Blend with geranium oil in a diffuser for a night to remember.

Physical benefits link to its sedative effect and it is useful for relieving high blood pressure, depression, anxiety, and can help to ease anger and tension.

There is also evidence to suggest that it is useful when diluted for relieving minor skin complaints such as oily skin.

Warning: Using too much of this essential oil can cause headache and nausea.
