Straining Eyes While Trying To See Aura

by Skip
(New York)

Q: When I try to view my own aura, I see just a sort of bright red on my skin and that's it. Even though sometimes the red is quite obvious and clear, It doesn't look like a aura it just looks like my hand is turning red. Am I not reading the aura at all?

Eva's Response: Before you try to read your own aura, take 5 minutes to meditate and center yourself. It doesn't need to be anything too deep, just sit quietly for a few minutes before trying to read your aura.

My concern is that you are just straining your eyes at the moment by trying too hard. This should not happen. Seeing an aura is as much intuitive sight (through your third eye chakra) as it is physical sight.

This exercise will help you to see your aura

Best of luck!
Eva
