Sensing colors, panic attacks and brain-snaps

Q: Ok, My name is Sasha, and I'm 14 yrs old. I am writing this because I felt that I needed help from an expert. I have had several psychic experiences through my life, but I honestly just want someone to tell me what it's called that I can do, or what I am, so to speak.
My grandmother has had many psychic experiences through her life, and I think it might be an inherited trait, although as my mom has never mentioned being able to do things that we can.
The first "psychic" thing I can ever recall doing, was when I was about 8 or 9, and when ever I'd hear music, (be it instrumental or vocal) if I closed my eyes I would see amazing colors. I would assume it was like an aura (I've never been able to see them), but it only happen when I closed my eyes. I told two friends of mine at the time this, and they decided to make a game out of it. The first one sang (I remember when he did I saw these swirling yellow lines), and the other boy did (I then saw this swishing blue thing) and declared the one who "sang yellow" the winner.
This stopped a while later.
The weirdest "experience" I ever had was when I was about 11. I was spending the night at my fathers house, and it was about 2am. I was watching tv in my step-sister's room. I recall looking at a box of diapers, and then the image on it changed, it looked like a pale blue, moon shaped face, with closed eyes. I looked over my bed, and I saw a shadow above me on the wall. I was extremely alarmed, since there was nothing on the opposite wall that could have made a shadow appear. Then I heard a voice. It was very peculiar, because I couldn't tell if it was out loud or within my own head (I think it was in my head). The voice said that it's name was Erica (the same name as my step mother, I might add), and that my step sister Nori, was "like me" and that I would have to "train her". I was quite frightened, and soon after drifted off to sleep.
I while later I told my step mother this story. She told me, much to my alarm, that a while back a women had been standing outside the house. She went down to ask the women why she was there, and the women explained that when she was a child she live in a house that used to be where there house is, that it burned down when she was a child, and that she had a sister, that died in that house, who, of course, was named Erica.
That was hands-down the most frighting experience I have ever had. I have always been able to pick up, what i call "vibes" when I'm in buildings (for example when I seven I could never go in my grandmothers kitchen by myself, I would always get afraid, and could "sense" something in there, thankfully she moved).
I can still do this. In my current place of residence, I frequently pick up a dark vibe in my room, or when I take a shower too. About six months ago, I tried to get get a name. I cleared my head of all thoughts, and herd a voice like Erica's, but I was sure it was in my head this time: Ashley. It made me more nervous when I was at school a month or so later, my friend and I found a note book with the name Ashley scribbled in the back.
Lately the vibe I get at home has been less frequent, but I do have a new problem.
Since a couple of months before my 14th birthday, I have been able to pick of vibes of of people. At first, I would just be like a chakra block when I passed people. It would feel like a blocking over my heart, and then I would figure that the person had some sort of emotional issues, since the energy they gave off blocked my heart chakra. But later own, I would just intuitively know what color it the energy was.
I remember I passed an old women I'd seen on the bus a few time and thinking "her aura is gold", although I have never seen one.
The reason I have been yacking your ear of with all my crazy stories (please excuse me if I wrote to much), is because I recently had a panic attack from this. I was over my aunt's house, and I started getting the bad vibes again, but these were awful. It was a dinner party, and I was the only kid there, so my mom told me to go up stairs, which I gladly did. The hallway was really dark, and I remember feeling sickeningly afraid. I ran into my aunt's room, and started breathing really fast, tears streaming down my face. I started crying loudly, and kept chanting "I'm crazy" over and over again.
Another thing that bothered me about these things was that, when I get really mad, I'll "snap" and do things I don't remember. Like once, I was on the swing at gym, and some one threw a ball at me. The next thing I remember after that was shouting someones face (I have no clue where the words came from, but I screaming at him). This other time, a friend of mine was being chased, and he came behind me, and held me like a human shield. I remember telling him to get off me, and after that there is a blank. The next thing I recall is everyone laughing at him. Apparently I smacked him, literally, all the way across the room, into the corner. I honestly remember none of that.
The worst thing I have ever done in that state is sprain my best friends wrist. What makes it worse is their was no danger. We were LAUGHING. I remember having no thoughts, a reaching my hand out. Then, nothing. It like a big black spot in my memory. The next thing I saw was her crying. I actually asked what happened to her. She looked at me, through her tears and said 'What do you mean WHAT HAPPENED! YOU TWISTED MY WRIST!!"... That still haunts me. Amazingly, she believed me when I said I didn't remember this, and she is still my best friend. I honestly believe this is not a "demon" or a bad thing of sorts. I believe that thing is somehow a part of my soul. I feel like I KNOW it is. I have certain things I KNOW to. Like that there absolutely is a god, although I'm against organized religion. It's another kind of sense I guess.
Oh, and then there are the faces. I started seeing awful faces around the same time as I got people vibes. They are scary. They all look so, evil. Not to mention most of the vibes I get are bad. All the building ones are. I would love to know your opinion on "Dark Sasha", cus she honestly scares me. I wanted know what a professional thinks about my situation, and if anything could trigger "seeing auras", because I feel like I could do it if I knew what to do, considering I can already feel them.
Thanks so much!
Eva's response: Wow Sasha! Where do I begin with you? :)
Let me assure you firstly - you aren't crazy. I think you might need to get more sleep and go to bed earlier, but I'll get to that.
Let me also say that you come across as a very mature girl, who is wiser than her 14 years in this life. I feel that you are an old soul, which probably contributes to some of these experiences you've been having.
What are you? You are mainly clairsentinent - which means you feel vibes. You are also clairaudient, which means you hear things (like me!)
The things you see are your mind giving you images to explain the vibes you are feeling. It's like, you're feeling things, and your brain has no logical reason why you're feeling what you're feeling, so it makes up the faces and colors to give you a reason for your feelings - which makes those feelings even stronger, and the cycle continues. It's a classic if fear-panic-fear cycle. That doesn't mean that the faces and colors aren't real, but they are more a product of what you're feeling.
I'm not surprised you had a panic attack. This is just the brain getting overloaded with all the vibes you're getting. Your body is acting like a receiver signal and you are picking up vibes from everywhere. Because no logic can explain what you are feeling, your brain has gone into overdrive and gave you a panic attack to express the feelings.
Same with the black-outs, or "dark Sasha" as you call it. This is your body's fight-or-flight response. Your automatic reaction is to fight. Your brain switches off so the body does what it needs to do. You might have been a soldier in a past life, as this is what they are
trained to do!
Now for what I want you to do. The very first things are to ground and protect yourself.
To ground yourself, sit on a chair or the edge of your bed and put your feet flat on the ground. See tree roots coming out the bottom of your feet going through the floor, and into the ground to connect with the core of the earth.
Also, imagine yourself encased in a bubble of
pure white light. The combination of grounding and protecting your energy serves to calm everything down for you. It will also make you more focused. Think of it like an electricity cable - it needs to be insulated and grounded in order to work properly.
I also think that you should try and get a MINIMUM of 8 hours sleep each night. You are a teenager and your need for sleep is at its peak. Sleep will allow your brain the much-needed rest it seeks in order to keep you calm and focused.
My new book gives some sure-fire ways to
heal, protect and strengthen your aura permanently.
