Seeing balls of white light

Q: For 2 days I saw a white ball of light. I was wondering what it could be. I thought it was a reflection but after looking at it again it had to be something else...

Eva's Response: Most likely an orb. These are balls of energy - friendly energy - that sometimes come and visit us. I began to see orbs around the same time I started seeing auras, about 8 years ago.

If you're seeing it out of the corner of your eye, focus on it, then slowly turn your head so you are viewing it full-on. It's really interesting and fun!
