How to See Your Aura

Anyone can train themselves to learn to see an aura.

Try this exercise:

Find a quiet place where you won't be disturbed for about 30 minutes. Make sure this quiet place has a blank wall. It doesn't really matter what color the wall is, but some people prefer a light colored wall.

Ensure the lighting in this space isn't too harsh. Some like to light a candle but I just find this distracts me.

Face the wall. Make sure you are at least two arm spans back from the wall. Sit comfortably, either on the floor with your legs crossed or in a chair with your back supported and your feet flat on the ground.

Relax. Take some breaths in and out and concentrate on feeling really comfortable.

Bring your arm out in front of you and turn your palm so it faces towards you. Spread your fingers.

Look at your hand. Look at it's detail. Look at all it's creases and shadows and veins. Trace the outline of your palm and fingertips with your eyes.

Now your arm is beginning to hurt so let it rest by your side for a minute or two. This is your body's way of telling you it needs a rest. It also makes you rest your eyes, which is extremely important for viewing auras.

When your arm feels better, bring it back up to the same spot with your palm facing you. This time, gently gaze at the center of your palm. Do not stare, just gaze. Blink as much as you want.

You may begin to make out a light milky-colored outline around your hand. You may glimpse sprays of energy coming out of your fingertips. At first these sprays will look like little spider webs.

It may take some time for you to catch sight of the energy. Just repeat the exercise, resting whenever your arm gets sore. With persistence, you will see the first layer of your aura around your hand.

Some tips:

It's important to rest when your arm gets sore.
Rest your eyes regularly.
Do not stare! Gently gaze.
Allow your eyes to move around the object you're looking at.
Stay relaxed.
If you get a headache, it means you've strained your eyes. Stop immediately and wait at least a day before trying the exercise again.

Seeing an aura is a natural gift, not a super power. Allow it to come to you naturally. As get better at this exercise, you will see the first layer of the aura immediately. With further practice you will begin to perceive color.
