Protect Your Aura

You can do this exercise to protect yourself when you are preparing for a situation that could be dangerous or stressful.



I do the below exercise while waiting for my car to warm up in the morning. It calms me and gives me that extra bit of confidence I need when battling peak-hour traffic!

Exercise:

Sit quietly, either with your legs crossed on the floor or in a chair with your feet flat on the floor.

Place your hands on your knees with your palms facing upwards and close your eyes.

Imagine yourself surrounded in pure white light. Feel the warmth surrounding you as the light covers you from head to foot.

See the white light extending out to cocoon your body in an egg shape.

Imagine that the white light is sealed off by a shield made of super-thick bulletproof glass. This shield cocoons the white light surrounding your body. Scan the all-over body shield and make sure it is all sealed up.

Surrounding the bulletproof glass is a two-way mirror. This mirror allows you to see out and project energy, but causes all negative energy that you come into contact with to bounce off you.
