Not Sure If It's An Aura

Q: I'm not sure if I'm seeing auras or not. I can look at myself or other people and see like a little silver out line around them (it doesn't have any defined color) but if I focus hard enough I can see a small little color but then the color disappears... any insight?

Eva's Response: You are in the beginning stages of seeing auras. Many people make the mistake in the early days of trying to stare and force seeing an aura - this doesn't work.

I think you'll find that if you stop trying to 'focus hard' and instead just gaze gently, you will soon begin to see more depth and color in auras.
