Myrrh Essential Oil

Myrrh essential oil has a warm, earthy aroma which is true to its origin of tree sap.

Spiritually, it offers protective benefits and has been used throughout history, often teamed with frankincense, during anointing ceremonies.

This oil helps to develop a strong mind with high focus and clarity.

Its physical benefits stem from antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and antifungal properties. It is good for the blood and circulation. I have also diluted it with olive oil and used it directly on my throat and chest to relieve catarrh.

You can also use one drop in a glass of water to use as a mouthwash. I can't recommend the taste though!

It is also good to use on bruises when diluted with vinegar.

Warning: Do not use if you are pregnant.
