Deeper Meditation for Your Aura

Deep meditation is the way to connect with the higher layers of your aura. Done correctly, it opens your energetic pathways to receive enlightening messages.



While cleansing and clearing your aura is an activity you should do on a daily basis, you may wish to deepen your meditative experience a couple of times a week.

My favorite form of contemplation is yoga, as I find the blend of physical movement and stillness of mind balances my energy. My best ideas come to me while I'm in this relaxed and tranquil state.

Other forms include trance, astral projection and lucid dreams. A word of warning though: these methods are very strong, and could leave you feeling 'scattered' for several hours afterward.

A grounding exercise is necessary after engaging in activities that alter your conscious state.

Your physical comfort is of utmost importance when meditating. Choose a time when you are unlikely to be disturbed.

Unplug yourself from all communication devices and take the phone off the hook. Bring the room to a comfortable temperature, dim the lights and play some relaxing music.

When meditating your feet may get cold, so it is wise to put on a good pair of socks or invest in some ugg boots.
