I touch peoples' auras from far away

Q: I've been wondering for some time now about an area that I see around everyone. It varies in size and in intensity, it tends to wane if I get tired and if I focus on it for too long. Also I can touch people without actually touching them. If they have their eyes closed or over the phone, they feel what I'm trying to make them feel. But they describe it as different from real touch. I have to try really hard to make it work. Plus it tires me out. What is this?

Eva's Response: You are learning to play with energy. This is good! But getting tired out is not so good. You need to get your energy from the universe when you do this work, don't try to use your own energy.

A quick exercise is to stand strong and tall, with your feet hip-width apart and imagine a beam of pure white light coming down from the sky, into the top of your head and filling your body with energy, right down to your feet. This is then the same energy you use when you're "touching" people via phone etc.

I think you'd make a great healer. Look into Reiki and massage courses in your area.
