I saw an aura straight away!!

Q: Yesterday, for the first time I researched a little bit about 'auras' and the information I read it was extremely interesting.

I practiced with a mirror, and I was surprised that at the moment I started to see my aura my hands and arms felt this nice warmth, a different type. I'm not sure how to explain it.

Anyways, at the beginning it was difficult because every time I started to see something my concentration got distracted by the image/light surrounding me.

My question is: After being able to see my aura, that it was huge from head to upper arms - is there a reason why?

I turned the lights off and lit some candles so the room was darker. And, I saw on the mirror two orangy/yellow figures (5cm X 8 cm) on the top right side of the mirror. They looked liked kidneys or a heart or baby feet.

Is there an answer for that?

Eva's response: Everyone's aura is huge. At it's fullest, it extends a good 9 or 10 ft out of the body.

You're lucky that you got to see so much of your aura so quickly. Most people practice for weeks before they can do that. It seems you have a gift!

As for the shapes, could it possibly have been the reflection of the candle flames? Or else, it might be kidneys (meaning filtration of energy, mainly around relationships) or baby feet (are you, or do you know someone who is pregnant?)
