I only see auras against a white background
by Olivia
Q: Hi, is there any way to help me raise my aura-seeing abilities? While I am in school I tend to see auras around my teachers but only when they are near a white board same with students.
If the student or teacher is not behind the white board their aura color blends in with the background. I want to fix this since not everywhere has a white background. Also, I can barely see my own aura - is there any way to help me improve?
Eva's response: Almost everyone experiences these same frustrations when learning to see, read and heal auras. I went through the same thing. I found the way I got around the white background issue, was that I tended to go on my feelings for colors, and then gradually, I began to see a splash of red, a dollop of purple, a swirl of green - it just took some time.
Almost everyone is impatient to speed up the process, but there's no pushing this kind of development. It's like yelling at a plant to grow faster.
Fear is the major block and reason why most people can't see their own aura. Again, a bit of patience and practice in front of a mirror (don't stare or unfocus your eyes, just gently gaze), and you'll gradually become comfortable enough to see your own aura.
