I can visualize colors of people - how do I develop?

Q: When I close my eyes and visualize people I don't see them, I see shafts of light, different colors, shapes, sizes and movement for each person.

I have looked up your color list and each color really matches the person I see it for. I want to know how to develop this?

Eva's response: To develop this ability, you need to do a few things. You need to learn how to white-light and ground yourself before progressing any further. I cover white-lighting and grounding in this previous response. You need to do both of these things before every time you try to do anything new that will challenge your psychic ability.

Think of the white-light as a suit of armor to protect you, and the grounding as like an anchor to keep your energy in control.

I think you would be wise to start with the hand exercise, and once you've mastered seeing an aura around your own hand, you can progress to gently gazing at your third eye chakra (middle of your forehead) in a mirror and see if you can see your own aura that way.

You'll find that much development will just happen for you naturally. By simply saying "I'm interested in learning more", the universe responds and gives you situations that you can learn from.
