Before you ask any goal setting questions, look for smart goal examples or research goal setting strategies, please complete the free ‘Setting and Achieving Goal’ email course.
This course will not only teach you how to set goals, it contains a wealth of goal setting tips that will see your dreams come true in no time.
This page is for people who are undertaking the course and have extra questions or require help. Now I stress it’s important to keep working through the email course and complete the exercises as they arrive in your inbox. Skipping ahead, or getting stuck in a rut, achieves nothing.
Lesson 1 sees you decide exactly what you want. You set a SMART goal which is:
In lesson 2, you work out what the motivation for your goal is. You need to make sure it is aligned with your values, otherwise there is no way your goal will be achieved. Refer to your email for exact instructions on how to do this.
Lesson 3 is where you break big goal into mini-goals, with the aim that all of the mini-goals will be accomplished by your set date, meaning your big goal will be accomplished by this set date too. Your email contains full details.
Lesson 4 is contains three main steps to follow, along with exercises, and this step is the powerful key to achieving your goal. You turn your smart goal into an affirmation by bringing your desire into the present.
You then turn your affirmation into a visualization, by determining what it looks like, sounds like, smells like, feels like and tastes like. The third step unleashes the magic, but you’ll need to refer to your email for that.
Lesson 5 gives you the secret to remaining motivated in your affirmations and visualizations.
Lesson 6 teaches you how to squash self-doubt.
Lesson 7 talks about blocks and sabotages you might not even
be aware of, and what to do about them.
