Lucid Dreams and Your Aura

Everybody dreams. It is nature's way of processing and filing all the information our brain has recorded during the day.

Sometimes they can be highly symbolic or even predict the future. This is your subconscious giving you a helping hand - pointing out what you may not consciously realize.

Your visions form in the emotional layer of the aura. Your emotional layer interacts with the energy of your environment and presents you with what you need to know while you are sleeping.

It pays to record them at your first waking. As we wake up we tend to forget what we envisioned during the night. Keeping a journal allows you to jot down the memories and then refer back later on.

I have recorded my visions for years and find them very useful. I often find a common theme over several nights. For example, I had several visions about about living in a lot of different houses when I was changing jobs. This was because my energy was shifting and my ego needed a way to identify with the experience.

Lucid visions occur when you become conscious of the fact that you are not fully awake. It can happen both while you're asleep and you realize "Oh hang on, this isn't real" or you can actually put yourself into a that state on purpose.

Learn how to have lucid dreams with these easy techniques and discover a virtual reality world where you can do anything you desire.
