I am very sorry to keep writing you, but your website is really helping me understand this concept.
Is 12 a late age to start seeing auras? Is it possible that my daughter will not improve her skills? I asked that question because she really wants to improve and she worries about not seeing past the 1st layer and not being able to see the persons aura immediately.
As you said before, that she should let her abilities to grow at their own pace, do you believe if she does practice that something bad will happen, and if so what?
My daughter would also like to contact spirits. Do you think this would be harmful? If this would not be harmful, what would be a good way to help see these spirits? Thank you! :)
Eva's response No need to apologize - that's what this site is here for. I didn't start seeing auras until I was 23. In fact, I was still playing with dolls at the age of 12. You are never too old to start seeing auras.
I advise against allowing her to contact spirits. It's like encouraging her to talk to strangers. The only type of spirit that your daughter would attract would be those who are restless and unable to find their way to heaven due to some unfinished business here on earth. You don't want her to open to that kind of energy.
With your daughter's anxious energy, she would be attracting anxious spirits like moths to a flame.
It is not a child's job to try and see auras and contact spirits. She needs to relax and channel her energy into a more earthy concept. I used to do a drama class which worked wonders for my confidence and really channeled that energy into creativity.
You are a great mom, looking into this for her. It's great to see a parent who takes her daughter's ability seriously. Parenting an anxious and sensitive child is not easy. The best you can do is guide her, using your own intuition, and keep that openness with her where she can speak with you about anything.
Her abilities will never leave her - they are as natural as the ability to touch and smell. She just needs to relax and it will all develop on it's own.
