Your Chakra System and Aura
Your body has many chakra (energy) points, but there are seven main energy centers which run vertically through the middle of your body. Below is a table of the main seven energy points and how they relate to each aura layer:
| Chakra | Related Aura Layer |
| Base Located at the base of the spine. Red in color. Associated with needs in life. | Physical Aura Layer The level that is closest to your skin. Relates to a person's physical health. |
| Reproductive Located just above the pubic bone. Orange in color. Associated with wants in life. | Essential Aura Layer Your life force, or your essence. This level is comprised of two parts. The first records your earthly lessons from this life, and the second contains the lessons from past lives. |
| Solar Plexus Located just behind the belly button. Yellow in color. Linked with your life force. | Energetic Aura Layer This is the tier where you subconsciously communicate with others around you. This tier sends out signals to others and receives signals from others. |
| Heart Located in the middle of your chest, at the same height as your physical heart. Green in color. Associated with love. | Emotional Aura Layer The link between the higher tiers of the aura and the lower tiers. This tier is also known as the social aura because it blends energy with other people you are close to, for example family or a team. |
| Throat Sits in your throat, located about the level of your swallow reflex. Blue in color. Associated with relating to others. | Intellectual Aura Layer Your thoughts create activity in this level. Proximity of this layer to the emotional layer depends on whether you make up your mind emotionally or analytically. |
| Brow Sits in the middle of your forehead. It is indigo in color. Related to your intuition. | Divine Aura Layer The job of this tier is to convey heavenly guidance into thoughts and feelings. |
| Crown Sits at the top of your skull. It is violet in color. This chakra receives divine inspiration. | Spiritual Aura Layer This level is pure heavenly energy which operates at the deepest sub-conscious level. |
