For as long as I can remember I have been able to see auras. I was told I was born with the natural ability. It is not always clear, unless I want to focus on it. But sometimes it can be bothersome. It gets annoying when people continuously ask why I blink so much. I normally reply that I have 'sensitive eyes'. Which normally turns into them saying I should get it checked by a doctor. It's not really easy to explain to someone that if I don't continuously blink I can see auras all around me. I don't mind from time to time like when I want to see, but sometimes the mass of energy and colors disorient me and can be quite overwhelming. Especially when someones emotions are running high.
Note from Eva: You need to ground yourself and protect yourself with white light. Imagine tree roots coming out the bottom of your feet and connecting with the earth's core, and picture yourself completely surrounded by pure white light. Also, it sounds like the blinking isn't really working for you. If I were you I would be making a conscious effort to ignore the energy. I know it is hard, but it can be done. Ignoring it is by far the best way to get control of your aura-seeing ability.
