Boost Your Aura

The following exercise is great to use as a boost when you are feeling a little depleted.



When I was working in a very stressful office situation, I would take a quick 5 minutes and do this exercise in the restroom. This was the only place where I could be left alone! Sad but true.

Exercise:

Sit quietly, either with your legs crossed on the floor or in a chair with your feet flat on the floor.

Place your hands on your knees with your palms facing upwards and close your eyes.

Take 3 deep breaths to calm and center yourself.

Focus on your solar plexus chakra. It is located just behind your belly button.

See the golden energy radiating out of your solar plexus and into your blood stream.

Feel this wonderful sunshine energy pulsating through your body. Notice how it uplifts and calms you all at once.

Feel your body becoming warmer and sense the heat radiating out of your body.

This heat, generated by the energy of your solar plexus, is your self esteem growing stronger and stronger.

Feel your crown chakra open up to accept the universe's gift of wonderful and radiant energy.

This energy pours down into your body and mixes with the energy from your solar plexus.

Remember to thank the universe for the auric boost and feel yourself floating back to reality.

To reinforce your energy field and maintain positive energy every day, bear these tips in mind:

Think only thoughts that make you feel good

Say only positive things to yourself and others

Smile at people, even when they don't smile back.

Keep a gratitude journal and write 3 things per day that you are grateful for.

It sounds like a challenge but it's worth the effort, believe me!
