Beautiful description of auras and energies

Q: When my third eye is active, I can see green, red and blue orbs floating, sometimes getting bigger and sometimes moving towards me or away from me, today I even saw yellow.

When I close my eyes, I either see indigo and a white light flickering in shapes. Yesterday at a reiki session when my crown, brow charka were been worked on, I saw indigo with waves of green combining, I also seem to pick on energies in my room when I'm still and I connect, whisps of moving things and glitters and sparkles.

My heart rate always goes up, I try and make this my quite time, my connecting time, when I receive energy from source, even after I shower some times, I lay on my bed and just draw in the energy.

Once I saw to outlines one of blue and one of green. I sometimes see sparks of blue and light in the corner of my eye or just flash before me.

I dont know if you can explain any of these to me.

Another thing is - I don't get this often but I have got it often enough to notice it - sometimes im been touched (I think)... I get the weirdest looking goose bumps on my arms or my legs, where my skin is exposed, but on a little area and spread out, it's not the same as goose bumps, it's just a small area that is standing up like goose bumps... its the weirdest thing.

Can you relate or explain this to me ?

Today I was doing some meditating and I closed my eyes and in my third eye, I saw black. In the middle, a neon green triangle - can you explain that ? Any help or guidance would be appreciated, love and light x

Eva's response: Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. This is such a wonderful and amazing description of the type of energies I see too. No doubt about it, you are seeing aruas and more!

My one concern is that you're getting the strange sensation of being touched. There's two things this could be, but they both have the same cause. Option 1, You are highly sensitive and your nerve-endings are bound to be sensitive, and this causes your skin to bristle from time to time. Option 2, you are actually being touched by a ghost or spirit. They should not be doing this, and the reason why they can is that your energy is open and exposed, ripe for the picking. I wouldn't be surprised if you were getting nightmares.

The solution is, you need to need to ground yourself and protect your energy.

To ground yourself, sit comfortably and place your feet flat on the floor. Close your eyes and relax, then imagine tree roots growing out of the bottom of your feet. These roots go down into the floor, then into the land and all the way down to connect with the core of the earth.

To protect your energy, imagine yourself in a bubble of the purest white light. White light is the safest, most wonderful thing. It makes me feel safe and secure, always.

Now, the green triangle you describe happens sometimes after a Reiki session, and it means healing. It's just your guides and angels continuing to work the energy, and ebcuase you're operating at a higher vibration, you can see it.
