Auras and depression

Q: When I am cleaning or waving or moving my hands and arms I see a trail of like a ghost arm that's trying to catch up. With my body part.
When people walk by its like they have a body following them but its attached and see-through, and when people stand still I can see something around them - sometimes it is different in size and color.
I am always staring off and quiet looking out at everything, my husband thinks I'm depressed. What am I seeing?
Eva's Response: Ok, yes, you are seeing auras. The fact that your loved-ones are suggested you might have depression is a concern, and tells me that you need to ground yourself.
See, what happens is this: Normally, people vibrate at a certain level. Our bodies are made up of particles of matter that literally vibrate. This produces light; this light is our aura.
At the same time, when a person undergoes a spiritual awakening, their vibration increases. This increase in vibration is permanent. Sometimes, if we aren't prepared for the increase in vibration, our bodies and brains say "hold up, there's something new happening here" and can give us depression or anxiety as a way to try and explain the new rate that our body is working at.
So, what you need to do is spend lots of time outdoors. Take up a hobby where you aren't thinking about auras. Get out of the house, and get your body moving. You'll feel fantastic, and I'm sure you'll see those staring spells decrease for you.
