Aura Lines in Doorway

Q:I have a question that has been knawing at me for a couple of years now, and I hope you will take note of it and if at all possible let me know what you think.

I will try my best to describe it. I have seen several auras in my life, usually at those times when I least expect it. It has been years now since such an experience. More often I easily see the "astral body", as it is called, which I have read is a different aspect of living beings.

So I am open-minded but by no means an Aura Guru.
I see an aural strand that perpetually hangs out in the doorways of the two bedroooms in the house. I am a homemaker, so of course as I busy myself with laundry and making beds and fetching diapers and fresh shirts I pass the doorways quite often each day. They are positioned adjacent to each other at the end of the hallway, and since myself and our young children are often napping and my husband is sensitive to light at night both rooms are darkened by layered window treatments. I switch on lamps to see. The rest of the home is very bright and sunny much of the time with a eastern-western exposure.
As I come from the bright hall opening or from a dimly lit room I see the strands but only if the door is open. They are always the same during each of the dozens of times that I see them each day, despite lighting conditions. They hang just outside of my central vision, at the threshold between my peripheral vision and the blind spot.
The only way to describe them is that they are taut much like a spiders web and they hover several inches from within the door jamb as if suspended in air, again, only when the door stands open. It is the same in each doorway. One leads into the master bedroom and the other my 2 toddler boy's room. As I move I see the light glance off at different angles, if that makes any sense. The color of them is constant and unmistakable. A brilliant electric green, a little on the blue side of the spectrum. It is very "clear" and pure seeming. I do not have the slightest idea what the color indicates.

We are a loving family and we have a truly wonderful marriage, and our boys are amazing blessings. We would describe ourselves as spiritual and religious, and of course I reiterate the open-mindedness to spiritual phenomena.

There have been a few outside disturbances in the home. My mother, who has a pronounced mental illness lived here for a couple of years and left negative and depressing energy in the home, which has since been cleansed, and there is a warm positive feeling here now. Every now and then my husband or myself have heard voices in the 6.5 years since we bought our home, but nothing too intense or disturbing. We try not to dwell on such things, we just consider them a natural part of life.

The veil over our realm is very thin indeed. When something negative has happened we feel a sensation of protection. I am from a broken home and have never felt this before I made a home with my husband.

So what are these aural lines? I have only remembered seeing them since our oldest boy was born, he will be three soon, the other will be two. I have accepted them and do not feel threatened but would like a more educated opinion. Why are they only in the doorways of the rooms we sleep in? Thank you for considering my questions.

Eva's Response: I have been asked very similar questions on two occasions before. I put it down to protective energy, and I'd say this is the same case.

All three of your cases have the following simlilarities:
1. The energy appears in bedroom doorways
2. There are young children in the house.

Drawing on these similarities, I'd say that your babies are highly protected and that you are protected also.
