Aura Colors

From my own experience, I didn't see aura colors straight away. Then slowly, I began to see flashes of green, purple and electric blue in peoples' energy fields as I was talking to them.

At first it was quite distracting and I'd look around thinking "did anyone else see that?!" Of course, at this time I was still keeping my ability very much a secret.

As time went on, I found that the color was "hanging" around the person for much longer. I figured that the longer I spoke to a person, the longer I could see the color. The longer I held conversations, the brighter I could see the color and I could also see more colors and patterns flickering around peoples' energy fields.

I also began to see the link between color and movement. I knew my friend was pregnant when I saw a very lively baby yellow color in her aura. It was as if the color was jumping for joy and it felt to me like a very new and fresh energy.

There are many different shades of blues and greens, oranges and yellows and the story lies in the way the colors interact with each other.

Below is a definition list of aura colors I have seen, and my interpretation of these colors. I recommend you use the below list along with this quick study guide of the seven chakras as a simple and easy way to maintain the health and vitality of your aura.

Click on each color for a deeper explanation:
