Aura colors to help decisions?

Q: My sister does Reiki and during giving and receiving it she sees colors, which are usually always purple, green, white and sometime red and yellow. We do not know what this means, is it the persons aura?

What could it be meaning when she is getting the treatment and sees the colour, is this her own aura?

On another occasion, she needed guidance in a particular situation that was quite a big lifestyle choice and really needed guidance which came forward to her in shape of a friend, while still unsure if making right decision, she began to see purple around this person and is unsure what this could mean. Do you think it could be confirmation the decision she is making with the guidance of this friend is the correct one for her to make?

Eva's Response: Yes, the colors she sees while both giving and receiving treatment is energy. Some of this energy is the person's aura and other parts would be other energies floating about.

I think she needs to lovingly trust her own instinct with the decision she's making. It sounds like she's not taking the decision too lightly, which is a good thing, but there will come a time when she needs to take a 'leap of faith' and accept whatever the universe has in store for her.

The purple color around the person helping her is a good sign that she's on the right track.
