Are auras and energy the same thing?

Q: I cant thank you enough for taking the time to answer my question.

I'm 36. I've seen hazes, static, various energy shapes that move and auras for as long as I remember. My brother and I used to play the staring game. We'd stare at each other until we disappeared. I remember seeing auras when I did that when I was a small child.

Today I stay up at night and create balls of energy in my hands and form it, mold it, play with it, sense it. Yesterday I had my living room window open and was "gazing". I saw what appeared to particles of energy blowing away from the window in the direction that the wind was blowing. Many times these particles I see seem to be billions of little molecules appearing to bounce and pop randomly about.

My question is this... Does the seeing of auras and the seeing of just random energies have a link? I've done this for so many years and have no idea if its just a tool to play with or if I'm supposed to do something with it.

Eva's Response: Melissa, how wonderful. So many people wish they had your gift, to be able to see and play with energies. And the key is in the practice, which you clearly find very fun and entertaining. The list of what you can do with this ability is endless.

There is certainly a link between this energy you are seeing and auras. They are made up on one and the same thing. Thoughts are also made of this stuff. Some call it "thinking stuff", some call it "prana" and some call it "energy". It is the stuff that life is made of. Every single thing that you think, see and experience is made of this stuff.

You can use this energy to manifest stuff. Think of something you want, say a check in the mail for a certain amount, then see in your mind's eye this energy solidifying to become a check that goes into the mail to you. See how long it takes for the check to reach you.

You could also develop your psychic abilities or become a healer. It's up to you.
