Recovering from Anxiety Attack Symptoms – The Natural Way

It is possible to recover from ALL of your anxiety attack symptoms. And it is possible to do this naturally, without the need for any medications or herbs.

This page discusses the definition of anxiety, anxiety attack symptoms, instructions for how to take the Beck Anxiety Inventory, and covers anxiety attacks natural treatments.

Definition of Anxiety

People often ask me why I cover anxiety, stress and panic on my auras website. My answer is simple: At the very core of it, we are all energetic beings. Whatever affects your body, affects your energy field (aura).

The human body is made up of vibrating particles of matter… this is a proven scientific fact. This vibration causes heart and light, which is your aura.

The human body’s energy doesn’t stop where the physical body stops. Have you ever walked into a room and felt tension? You are picking up on the aura, or energy vibration of the room.So what does this have to do with anxiety attack symptoms?

Anxiety (as well as stress and panic) are extremely strong negative emotions. Emotions have their own vibration, and it is possible for an anxiety vibration to take over your entire aura (otherwise known as an anxiety attack).

Take the Beck Anxiety Inventory

I put the Beck Anxiety Inventory on my site for free, so that you can do a self-assessment of your anxiety attack symptoms. The test basically lists 21 anxiety symptoms and asks you to rate how much each symptom has affected you in the past week.

This test is the first step in obtaining a diagnosis. I know from my own experience, once I had a diagnosis of anxiety disorder, it was such a relief for me. I can remember my actual thoughts very clearly “Thank God there is actually something wrong with me and this just isn’t how life is for everyone”.

I had been told all my life that I was neurotic, overly sensitive, a hypochondriac, over-wrought, weak and immature. In actual fact, I suffered from anxiety disorder. I am sensitive (I believe that everyone who experiences anxiety disorder is sensitive and this is why they are prone to psychic ability).

But I no longer suffer from anxiety disorder. In this respect, I am cured.

Anxiety Attacks Natural Treatments

There are many, many anxiety medications out there. Some people need medication for a brief period, just to get a bit of support while they deal with the anxiety disorder. But it is only ever a short-term solution.

There are also many alternative remedies that some people recommend, such as St Johns Wort, Rescue Remedy (a Bach flower essence), homeopathy and aromatherapy.

I recovered from anxiety disorder in a way that many people would call the ‘hard way’: I was NEVER offered any medication. I did take herbal remedies on a few occasions, when I was faced with situations that made me very anxious. But overall, I relied on cognitive therapy – a fancy word for ‘retraining your thoughts’.

This is a link to the book that helped me do it.

I know that I will never need to rely on medication, or supplements, to cope in everyday life. I have the skills to bring myself back from anxiety attack symptoms if I am ever affected by them.

Thoughts become things, as they say, and retraining my thoughts changed my entire world.

Anxiety attack symptoms take so much of your life away. Please know that whether you have suffered anxiety all your life, or if this is new to you, it doesn’t need to be forever.
