This combined with the other symptoms from anxiety can make you believe that there is something terribly wrong with you. While all of these symptoms can be caused by a panic attack you should not just dismiss it as one. If you have been diagnosed with these attacks before then you can be safer assuming it is being caused by the attack. If you have not been previously diagnosed with anxiety attacks you should see your doctor. Your doctor will be able to tell you if you are suffering from panic attacks or something more serious. If you are simply suffering from these attacks there are treatments. You do not have to suffer through them. If your lifestyle is stressful it can make any anxiety attack symptom more severe. There are tips that you can follow to lessen them. If you are overloaded with things to do you may need to lighten your workload. The stress from being too overwhelmed can cause you anxiety attacks as well as make them worse. A therapist can also treat you. Talking about your stress and issues in your life can sometimes resolve your anxiety. Relieving the issues that are causing them by talking about them can cure some anxiety attacks. If therapy doesn't work for you there are still other treatment options that are available. Hypnosis and exercise can be a good alternative. If none of these treatment options work for you there is always medication. There are many types of medication available that can treat anxiety. Your physician can determine which medication may be right for you. Medication does not have to be long term. There are some anxiety issues than can be treated short term by medication. Sometimes medication is just used right before you do something that can cause your anxiety issues. For instance if getting on an airplane causes you anxiety there are medications that can be taken right before flying. No matter what type of anxiety attack symptom you experience, there are options to help with it.
