Am I starting to see Aura or Chakras?

Q: I concentrate on my hand and I see a white/reddish color tint near my skin and there is a clear layer over the top about 3cm above the colors?

Eva's Response: You'll know it's chakra energy because it 'spins', like a fan. Aura energy might jump, swirl, be still or be wavy like the ocean. From what you're saying about the colors being layered, it sounds like it's probably aura energy.

Next time you're in front of a mirror (maybe when you're brushing your teeth) gaze gently at the middle of your forehead and see if you can see any colors emerging around your head.
