A visual echo aura?

Q: Hi, I am not sure if I am seeing auras or not, but very frequently, I see white light around some people, especially when I am concentrating on them, and usually coming out of their head.
The light is more intense and extends further when the person is in more of a peaceful, happy, mood.
But what happens most often with me is like seeing an 'echo' of movement of any body part, like a whitish glow that follows the movement. An afterthought, or so. I see the same white light, although more stringy when I bring my hands together and touch the fingertips to each other and move them around, like static almost. But I see the 'echo' a lot.
Are these auras I am seeing?
Eva's Response: Most likely, yes. The way you say that you 'concentrate' means you brain is most likely in alpha mode, which is the state when you are most likely to see auras.
Soon you will see colors. When you do, try to 'feel' the color - zone in on the aura you are reading, and see if you get any feeling from the color you are seeing.
